Didn't expect this much resistance from a flat band—the red one is no joke for pull-aparts and squats. It's long enough to anchor around a door handle and hasn't stretched out after a few weeks of full-body circuits.
I've been using it for daily stretching and light strength work, and the adjustable resistance is perfect because I can shorten the loop for harder moves or widen it for easier ones. It's held up well so far with no fraying or loss of tension, even after sessions where I'm really sweating.
The red color makes it easy to spot in my gym bag, and the length gives me plenty of room to loop it around a door for rows. It’s held up through three sweaty sessions a week without losing its snap, and the resistance feels just right for a solid burn.
